To search images in the internet, Google image search is the only option that I know till now…

Go to http://images.google.com or select images tab in http://google.com

Type in the keyword for image search.

You have two dropdown that acts as a filter to your image search, Size and contents of the image.

Select the size of the image you want in first dropdown and contents in second dropdown if necessary. Screen shot of image search shown below for your reference.

This will optimize your image search..
