Twitter added to Dictionary:
Published by jai on Friday, July 10Social networking tool Twitter is set to be listed in the 30th anniversary edition of the Collins English Dictionary. The name of the Micro-Blogging website, which boasts 1.8 million users, will appear as both as a noun and a verb in the edition to be published later this year.
Noun would read:
"A Website where people can post short messages about their current activities"
Verb would read:
"To write short messages on the Twitter website"
